BIOGRAPHY
Orion is an unconventional entrepreneur who enjoys Harvard business strategy. Like many innovators before him, he chose an early departure from college, leaving UCLA’s Anderson School Financial Program, eager to get to business. After apprenticing at a major bank, he enjoyed significant success, becoming a financial architect to clientele of law firms & accounting practices. He was a top 1% producer in the financial services industry by the time he was 25. He expanded into consulting work around economic development and was selected by an FDIC member bank to provide wealth transfer seminars for ultra-high net worth families in southern California. From a humble beginning as the ninth of fourteen children in one of the first mixed race families in Orange County, California, Orion’s story embodies the spirit of overcoming adversity to be your best. Orion has learned how challenges serve to strengthen one’s resolve. Early in his career, a cancer diagnosis and treatment once forced Orion to stop, rest, and reflect. He came back more determined than ever to make a mark on the world. Utilizing “Blue Ocean Strategy” from Harvard and “Supply Chain Arbitrage” from MIT, Orion has unleashed value innovation in multiple sectors on a global scale. Through his consulting work with a YCombinator recipient, Orion successfully conceived one of the most eagerly anticipated innovations in transportation technology - ORION Aeromotive Company. Additionally, Orion has designed SpySport, yet another disruptive and game-changing hybrid strategy in the sports and gaming sectors. His creativity is supplying job opportunities for workers both domestically and abroad, from southern California, to Australia, France, Germany, the UK, and beyond. Providing jobs for people is one of the driving motivators for Orion in his life. Orion enthusiastically shares his ideas with other growth leaders. Indeed, as a cancer survivor, he believes that you should pursue what inspires you to live every day with purpose so others may supremely benefit.
